Management Team

Thomas Chi is a retired Inspector of Police from the Singapore Police Force. His 30 years of extensive investigation experience extends to the solution of numerous high profile and complex criminal, commercial and maritime crime cases.

He played an instrumental in clamping down on secret society activities whilst attached to the Criminal Investigation Department of the Singapore Police Force. Thomas Chi was also a trained police prosecutor who is familiar with the criminal litigation process.

Tan See Pang is retired Inspector of Police from the Singapore Police Force. SP Tan has extensive experience after having served more than 25 years in the Force.

His experience was in the planning, overseeing and execution of close personal protection for the Cabinet Ministers and the President of Singapore. He played a pivotal role in the personal security planning for high profile politicians during their trips overseas.

G. Nagarajan was a former police investigation officer with Singapore Police Force. Having served the Police Force for 10 years, he joined Apex Security & Investigation Pte Ltd in 1998.

As a General Manager his task is to oversee all security operations. With his 18 years of experience in the Security Industry he is also the liaison officer to deal with clients and business development. He possesses a Security License and had acquired the WSQ Diploma in Security Management.
